2012 The Hyundai-Veloster
South Korea's largest automaker is on a definite roll these days, especially in North America. Despite a U.S. vehicle market that's still in recovery mode, Hyundai sales were up by sizeable double-digit percentages in the first four months of 2010, putting the brand sixth in both car and light-truck sales, behind Nissan. This surge reflects Hyundai's traditional value-for-money reputation, but also a steady stream of impressive new products such as the Genesis large sedan--a 2010 Consumer Guide Best Buy--the Ford Mustang-fighting Genesis Coupe, a redesigned 2010 Tucson compact SUV, and an all-new 2011 Sonata midsize sedan. Even older models like the Accent subcompact car and Elantra compact car are holding their own sales-wise, and will soon get their own total makeovers.

2011-2012 The Hyundai Curb concept
Another Hyundai designer, Arash Badeanlou boldly stated “The world has never seen lines like this on a car before," adding "it is as if the architect Santiago Calatrava inspired it

The company has done consistently well in New York with a great number of cars being rolled out from its dealer stores every day. Also, in that aspect, Hyundai's Genesis has made considerably great business in New York. A decade ago, the vehicle giant sure made a very positive impact on the nation as a whole when they pioneered with their 'Hyundai Assurance' concept. The concept includes 24/7 Roadside Assistance and America's Best Warranty. The services have been extended all through 2010. They also have special car purchase schemes concerning the recent economic scenario also. This has made the company all the more popular in New York and that's explains why the car maker has done business better than any other even in this economic downturn.

“We wanted the Curb to be urban tough without looking like a Brink's truck,” said Jason Brown, Hyundai designer. City driving was going to be its forte, not crossing the Rubicon trail, but we wanted it to have urban armor for daily driving on city streets. It needed to empower its passengers in this setting.”

The future of Hyundai Motors seems very bright in New York. This is an easy guess, given the company's great business in this U.S state in the current times, when the world is recovering from an economic slowdown. Hyundai had expanded its wings in New York long back and the mass popularity of the Hyundai vehicles in the state makes it a big time winner in the car market of the state. No wonder, there are plenty of Hyundai dealers scattered across the state and no matter which part of NY you go, you will never be too far from a Hyundai dealership store.

2011 Hyundai Sonata

Sonata has delivered some pretty incredible results for us this year," says John Krafcik, Hyundai Motor America president and CEO. "Sonata is the Hyundai brand and it's appropriate that it has led our best year ever. Sonata's innovation has reset the most hotly contested, largest segment in the U.S. car market, with Sonata delivering more year-over-year retail sales growth – about 90,000 units – than any other car in the entire industry

2011 Hyundai Sonata

Hyundai, on the role. It was not too long ago, the only thing the car is created, make sure that the repair bill contamination. But today, Hyundai Motor, the most important is winning the opinion that to generate sales growth. Read the comments of any modern anything, people will have to say. Many have some good things to say no. In either case, today is what has changed: I have an opinion and people care enough about the car.

Sonata [2011 model year U.S. market] new please. Many have already been said about it. Most of them are considered positive. Some of which have become negative. But today is all good. Madonna has proved that time again and again, there is a kind of notoriety.
I recently spent time in 2010 Kankoku Y20 production model of the sonata, and came away from my opinion was so strong. In other words, today should be proud of it.

2011 Hyundai Equus
Waiting in the wings is a full sized rear wheel drive car, the Equus. With the same standard engine as the Azera, the Equus also comes with a V8 and will be positioned to compete directly with the Buick Lucerne, perhaps even Cadillac's DTS. The current model, introduced in 1999, is undergoing a major revision and will be replaced in 2006. Hyundai hopes to bring this model to the US by 2008, although the Equus name might be changed. Hyundai is also looking at the possibility of creating a separate line of luxury cars and making the "Equus" its first entrant.

What: A large sedan that offers some amenities from the super luxury class for tens of thousands less. When: The car is already sold overseas; Hyundai now says it will be offered in the U.S. by 2011. Price Range: No price range has been announced. The Equus sells for as much as $96,000 in foreign markets, but Hyundai is said to be studying a pricetag in the $50,000 to $60,000 range for the American market

2011 the Hyundai Equus hitting the market later this year
We don't know too much about the Equus as Hyundai is keeping mum about what they have planned. Regardless, introducing a full sized luxury car into the US market is smart and knowing how Hyundai prices their products the car will be a relative bargain for consumers and more competition for Lexus, Acura, Infiniti, Mercedes, BMW, Lincoln, Buick, and Cadillac.

the new Hyundai Equus
Over the years, car brands become known for certain traits. Volvos have a reputation for safety, BMWs and Mercedes are refined, while Ford has always had powerful trucks and muscle cars. Yet as the auto industry changes, brands are looking to shake up consumer's perceptions as well.
With a base price of $25,695 for the Azera, the sedan is priced thousands of dollars less than competing models, proving once again that price and value go hand in hand with every upscale Hyundai model.

2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Paris Show
One model that is receiving extra attention from the media is being compared to Mercedes. Hyundai Genesis performance in safety and handling is being claimed by many sources to be the best luxury sedan in its class. It is a rear wheel drive, plush and fully loaded competitor for Lexus, Porsche, and Mercedes. All of this is hardly conceivable if you know the history of the company but study after study in consumer magazine after another is saying the same thing. This car is a leader in its class.

We can’t wait to get our hands on the production version of Hyundai’s first-ever rear-wheel-drive coupe which will be available in the U.S. from spring 2009. We’re not jumping into any premature conclusions –for all we know it might not be worth all the fuss, but we’re definitely curious to see what Hyundai’s engineers can come up with. In this post we’ve added a new gallery with images from the building of the Genesis Coupe prototype. Check them out after the jump

new 2011 The Genesis Coupe
Currently the company is a world leader amongst auto manufacturers. They have a myriad of models on the market that are designed to fit a range of budgets and tastes. You can still find affordable models that are not much more reliable. However you can also try your hand at more luxury quality vehicles. That's right luxury and they have done such a good job at it that they have been rated along side other top luxury brands like Porsche.

Hyundai will air its first two television advertisements for the new 2010 Genesis Coupe during the Super Bowl XLIII on Sunday, February 1, 2009. The two distinct 30-second spots will see race driver Rhys Millen getting behind the wheel of the 306HP Genesis Coupe 3.8L V6. Millen will navigate the rear-wheel drive sports car around the 2.54-mile, 12-turn race track at Road Atlanta in Northeast Georgia to show off the Genesis Coupe's capabilities.

2011 Hyundai Azera
Nothing says love like legroom and this one has some to spare. 44 inches of it in the front seat and 38 inches in the back mean you won't have to stop as often to stretch your legs on those long trips. An improved 3.3L V6 engine will pump out 260 horsepower and, for those of you who desire that little extra bit, there's also an available 3.8L V6 that will push 283 ponies. Both engines are matched with a new 6-speed automatic transmission with manual shift control. Gas mileage numbers are in the area of 20/28mpg (city/highway) with the 3.3L V6.

2011 Detail Review The Hyundai Genesis
The Hyundai Genesis is a full size luxury sedan which has been produced and sold by the Hyundai Motor Company since 2008. Since its introduction, the Hyundai Genesis has won various and has been well praised and reviewed. The Genesis which can be purchased for well under $40,000 is often compared to luxury sedans which cost over $50,000.

The progression of the company and the product has been remarkable and fairly quick. The progressive nature of the cars and the company shows little signs of slowing. They have not only taken the lead in the American market but they have taken the lead in the global market as well. What was once a car that you bought because you couldn't afford anything else is no a car that you buy because you want to. Today's Hyundai is one that is reliable, affordable, and stylish.

2011 Hyundai Elantra Tops Best Used Car List
Trim packages available include the Blue, GLS and SE. Blue models are the absolute basic packages offering very limited accessories. Included are 15 inch steel wheels, remote keyless lock, 60/40 rear seats that fold, tilting steering wheels, and most power accessories. For a basic sedan at a more than reasonable price, consumers who are on a budget should really consider a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Blue trim package. Buyers who are looking for a little more substance can consider a GLS model. The GLS represents the middle of the road package for Hyundai. Consumers who purchase one of these models will find most of the options on the Blue packages with fog lights, optional navigation systems, and a better selection of interior fabrics. SE model is the best package as far as features are concerned. These come with CD players that have audio jacks, leather steering wheels with mounted accessory controls, heated front seats, sunroof, and leather upholstery. As a high-end model the SE offers enough to entice consumers, yet slightly less than most if it's competitors.

You have probably heard of ABS. It is Anti Lock Braking. What ABS does is automatically pumps the brakes for you. You may have been told that if you lose traction and start to skid to pump the brakes until the tires regain traction. Well ABS does that for you. Now ABS doesn't make you stop faster, what it does is allows you to maintain control in extreme braking situations. bottom line...you can still steer the vehicle when you have to stand on the brakes.
